Sophie is not only is an incredible manager but is also an incredible person. I've seen some of the things she did on Arkham in the past and damn has she done a lot of work. She's spent countless hours working and tidying up everything that she can. On Skyblocky, I got to really experience her work first hand. I was a Member at a time being an Ex Administrator on there I got to see how much she could do. I've never seen anyone like her and I know people can say this but I can prove it. She spent hours on end working on Skyblocky, making posts, making guides, hiring staff, demoting staff, promoting staff, organizing the server, and everything. As a Community Manager back there, I've never seen so much hard work put into a server. I was really disappointed to hear about her resignation as I was seeing her bringing Skyblocky to the right direction. Sure there were other staff contributing but if it weren't for her Skyblocky wouldn't be where it is.

Now why am I writing all of this about Sophie?

Her maturity: She's mature especially when she is needed to be; especially in public chat or discussing with players. She has excellent communication skills and even hangs out with players at times while managing her priorities. I think managing priorities is huge when it comes to being mature, it shows you know what you're doing and your maturity levels at points. She knows when it's time to chillax with her friends and then time to actually get serious. She would stay calm and be mature in serious and time consuming situations and keep what she's saying appropriate. I'm sure her maturity is something you can look up to her for, and she's a role model for sure.

Her precision: I've seen some forum posts she has written in the past and they are detailed, concise, and professional. She's very good at being precise at everything and being professional as well. She can maintain proper use of the English language with correct punctuation at all times if she pleases; which is key to have on a server. You can't have a manager who can barely speak and write English, especially for discussing scenarios with players and writing forum posts. Sophie is excellent and precise in this subject.

Her effort: She puts full effort whenever she needs to accomplish anything. She doesn't slack off even if it is Minecraft without doing a duty that is necessary. She priorities IRL things over Minecraft but that's what everyone should be doing. If she has people asking her for assistance she would prioritize it by importance. She'd probably go as far as ask other staff or Google a question if she doesn't know the answer to it. She doesn't stop till she accomplishes her goals and can help people no matter how difficult the inquiry.

Her skills and experience: I feel like her skills come with her experience. Like take a look at her experience, damn, it's well written out and I've seen her perform her duties to the fullest of her abilities on most servers that she's staffed on. She has tons of experience with moderating and staffing which leads her to have loads of skills essential to staffing such as helpfulness.

Vouch for Sophie, hire her and you will not be disappointed. She is an extraordinary manager and is an amazing individual as well.​

Huge, huge, huge, huge vouch for Sophie

A lot of the other people who have vouched worked with Sophie as a fellow Administrator on Arkham, but I'll give you a different perspective as I only worked under her while I was a Helper on Arkham.

I have matured since my Arkham days, and I have become a Manager myself, albeit on some smaller networks. A lot of the stuff I do as Manager is influenced by Sophie. She is a role model, one that the players and especially the staff of the network that hires her can look up to, like I do.

Sophie gets stuff done. Simple as that. I have not worked under a better manager, and heck, she wasn't even the manager on Arkham! She is very helpful, kind, and easy to work with, all while keeping professional, yet not robotic. While on Arkham she took the time to let every staff member know what they can improve on. She did this all while (I assume) she was not paid. I can only imagine what she can do when she is. I dare you to find a better Manager than Sophie, because I can't.​

Huge vouch for Sophie. I worked along side her as an Administrator on Arkham, she was excellent and easy to work with. She really cares about the community and is very loyal, active and a friendly staff member overall. She definitely has a lot to bring to the table and really stands out from the others. She is very dedicated and always works at something until it's done to the best of her ability.​

Vouch for Sophie. Back when I was CM for Arkham, she handled things like the live support and staff applications for me. Was always willing to take on other work that I dished out as well.​

Vouch. I've previously worked with Sophie on a few of the networks she's mentioned above, primarily Mineplex. I've been a staff member on the networks throughout her entire time on the server, and I've noticed that she's a very hard worker and outgoing person. Throughout the many challenges which daily life on the server presented us, Sophie remained an optimistic and resilient character, always persisting through challenges even after many of her fellow staff members had given up. She's quite mature when it comes to handling issues and support, I sometimes envied the work she had done over at Arkham whilst I was there, but at the end of the day it was all just fun and games.

So why not go into administration for the larger servers that you've already been a moderator on rather than working for small servers?

But amazing resume, you'll have no problem getting hired once you find a good opening!

I have thought about that previously, however I've only really been Moderator on three servers (MC-Central, Mineplex and the Hive). The only one I'd really have an interest in working again with would be the Hive, however I don't believe there is a position avaliable on there and I was only a staff member for a short amount of time. Also thank you!

Hey Lazark - no worries, happy to explain.

I was a staff member on Arkham when I was 14 and 15. I joined the staff team as a Helper and in only a month and a half I had worked my way up the ranks (Helper -> Mod -> Sr Mod -> Admin) and achieved the rank of Administrator because of the skills I possessed. I was one of the fastest promotions from Helper to Admin that there has been on the server. If the manager and owner didn't believe I had to skills and knowledge for the rank because of my age or any other reason, they wouldn't have promoted me through the staff ranks that quickly.

If you have concerns about the quality of my work on Arkham, I'd highly recommend you to take a look at my vouches in my original post. Two previous Community Managers of Arkham (kyradawn & Jaii), four Admins (dylfox123, JinjaProductions, Twooze & SkillsAura), multiple other staff members and many players have vouched for the work I did specifically at Arkham. I would not have all these vouches if my work was subpar.

In regards to your last point, I don't believe I jump around servers. I have only worked at two servers at once and those servers had the same owner. I take that as a compliment that the owner thought I did a great job at one of his servers, he wanted to bring me on in a managment/administrative position on his other server (and he told me that when asking me to join his other server).

Apart from that, the reasons I left various positions differ, so if you would like to talk further about specifics about any position I have held I saw that you have added me on Discord so feel free to shoot me a DM anytime!
