Manager with configuration skills

Hello Mc-Marketeers,

As the title describes I am looking for a manager that has experience and skills managing all "behind the scenes" stuff such as plugin configuration/customization to partner up with for longer term.

A little about me;
I am a Minecraft player since beta and always enjoyed building and creating the most.

I have been setting up a new server mostly alone since December '17. And I have worked with several freelancers and stand alone companies. Some very good but most of them not of my level of professionalism. And I realized that running a server alone based on freelance development isn't my cup of tea.

With that being said I am in need of someone to work with for longer term. But with a certain level of dedication, professionalism and passion. With a good payment obviously. But also freedom of speech.
Basically someone to brainstorm with but mostly someone that is capable of managing all the "behind the scene" stuff like plugin configuration/customization and anything related.

Are you experienced, skilled and professional? Are you also capable of putting in a decent amount of hours a week? If so, I would like to get in contact with you! But be sure to provide me proof of your skills and what you can bring to the table. Preferably complete setups or live things I can test.

As I said above I am not looking for discord groups that have several freelancers. I hope to find someone that is dedicated and passionate about creating and developing and wants to be a part of a new upcoming community for longer term.
