Map of Fantasy World for RayzeMC

We're looking to have an interactable Fantasy Map made somewhat similar to that of what CosmicPvP uses in terms of functionality, but with a totally different appearance (since our theme is medieval/fantasy). I have already created a detailed sketch of the map, and have all of the documentation typed up which explains precisely which it needs to look like. I am willing to pay up to $200 to get precisely what I'm looking for here.

Note: I am not looking for builders. This is not a map for an in-game build. This is a map to be displayed on our website.

Might wanna look into Google Maps. You might be able to do it for really cheap if you already have the in-game map. Look how WynnCraft did it, I bet you can do it as well: https://map.wynncraft.com
