I've had the same issue with RecoverInventory by Cloth, anyone knows why?
My spigot.jar = 1.7.10

When I tried the RecoverInventory plugin the problem was in the plugin.yml. Go into the jar file of the plugin, open plugin.yml and edit main to (in this case): me.cya.main.Main (case sensitive)
