I'm assuming you want premade maps? I still have a skyblock spawn for $15 BIN, I can make a number of small changes free of charge:

I can take more pictures or walk you through it with skype screenshare if you need it.
I'll also be fabricating some of the other maps you're asking for, but I doubt you're interested until they are done.
