Why not? ofcourse if he doesn't have permissions to resell then okey, but if he has resell rights and has no use for it... Hes not claiming he made it.

I bought it for 70$, and I am not claiming it as my own.
The guy I bought it from gave me permissions to do whatever I want with it.
So if i'm not using it anymore, why shouldn't I resell it then?
