My name is Mathias Eklund, I've worked with Bukkit/Spigot for about 6 years. I've recently had a break from spigot programming and I'm now ready to get back into development.

Yes I am pretty sure, Minecraft was released earlier but bukkit was released 2011, somewhere in June I believe.
