I was just thinking that don't you feel 13 could be a little young for applicants? In my experience, the minimum age limit for staff applicants is usually 15-16. This is usually, but not limited to, maturity and expectations. I remember when I was 13 and I was immature and all over the place, especially in positions of authority. Furthermore, in my experience, it's harder to work with younger people as they're less susceptible to constructive criticism and they make take it as abuse and get offended.
Of course, this is just my opinion and you may feel differently.

Yes I understand 13 might be a little low but it is sort of a kids game and if they are immature they get demoted. Age doesnt concern me to much what conerns me is how much detail they put into there application and how much effort they put into the server. However I do agree 15-16 is a good age which might be changed once we got more staff!
Of course, I agree to an extent. Age doesn't always determine maturity and capability. Good luck with your server/project!
