Max Itemcount in Inventory of certain Items

Hey Guys.

First of all I'm offering 10$ for the job.

The plugin should limit the max count of specific items in the inventory.


Function 1:
You can only have max 3 enderpearls at once in your inventory. When you use the enderpearl (so it's gone) you can have another enderpearl in your inventory.

Function 2:
You can only have max 3 throwable heal potions "healing 1" at once in your inventory. When you use the potion (so it's gone) you can have another throwable heal potion in your inventory.

So this will restock items to their max limit and also prevent players from gaining over from lets say item pickup or inventory transfer or just restock?
