This doesn't really make chris less of one...
I genuinely thought Mick was a cool guy, spoke with him a couple of times and seemed nice. Now that this shit is coming out, makes you think "who can i trust anymore"

That's definitely true, but its a similar case as fire said. Just because someone turned out a worse person does not make others better :p

My first response was supposed to be taken as a light-hearted joke, referencing when everyone thought that Chris was the Hitler of Minecraft communities and there were nobody else that could be worse as him. I'm not saying Chris is better than everyone by any means.

I believe Justis has said this in his post, that what happened has happened. The site was maintained extremely well under the "leadership" of BeBosny and even though I haven't been here for much of it I can clearly see that the amount of toxicity has decreased and the confidence in selling accounts is back to the maximum again. Now, as Mick returns I believe he has changed from when he last owned the site. He had made many mistakes - and maybe he knows what he is doing now. I read BeBosny's writeup on his website and it looks like he might not have changed. All I know is that Mick is our leader now and I will do anything in my capabilities as a user on this forum to make sure everything doesn't deteriorate into hell.

I have been a user here since the Chris times (Verringer) and much has changed since then. I personally think that this site was under a much more professional spotlight under the ownership of Chris and then it was just starting to return to that spotlight with BeBosny. If Mick can understand his mistakes and make up for what he has done wrong in the past and with this abrupt transfer as well as accept the help and guidance of both the current staff team (which supported BeBosny) and any new appointees I think that MCM might be able to hold on and then improve.

Mick is going to need all the help he can get with this transfer, and not only the staff are needed. The community, although depressed about Bosny's departure, needs to stand by Mick and make sure he is not pushed to make drastic mistakes again.

I hope to see this site grow and will continue to be a member of this site no matter who administrates it.

Huh, joined later than you did. Must've missed that part alone.

Mick as put MCM members at risk, hasn't benefited the site near as much as BeBos had, he gave Admin access to a ban evader on this forums because he was "offering 30k" for the forums, and that was proof of statistics.

I'll probably be leaving these forums if things continue to head in the direction they are, I don't trust Mick as Owner.

I personally think the fact that he has done this act of stealing the website demonstrates that he has not, in fact, matured at all. I don't understand all these "give him a second chance" people. The things he did last time were literally just a year ago, and those things that he did were honestly not OK at all. Taking bribes represents a fundamental character flaw. BeBosny's off-site information says that he was seriously considering selling the site to a ban-evader and gave a ban-evader admin access to the site where he could have caused all sorts of damage. How recent was that?

People don't change in under a year. Back when Skill was still on this site and I provided proof that he had scammed in the past, people all said that "he's changed", and that "he's not a scammer anymore". Well, what's Skill up to these days? He's one of the biggest scammers around.

If you do immoral things like this it represents a fundamental character flaw. Those don't just randomly go away, they stick with you.

I will never, ever give Mick a second chance and I do not support him at all in this, and nor should anyone with any sort of memory of what happened the last time he was in charge.

It shows that he hasn't changed because of what he did to take over the site, but maybe, just maybe, with the support of a good staff team and supportive members (as I have stated), he can come back. I thought the site was doing amazing under BeBosny but now that Mick is our leader there really isn't anything to do but deal with it or leave.

Well, the thing is, most of the staff that are remaining aren't there for mick, but just to keep the site from tanking straight down to hell.
Him completely ignoring a petition signed by the entire team isn't great for team relations.

Skill is a child, and will continue to be a child. Can't speak on Linux because I never really knew him well. With evidence coming out now, it shows that Mick is incapable of running a forum and only does it for the money. I never really liked Skill and still continues to scam till this day. I saw multiple scam reports on different competitor sites. If Mick continues this shit, everyone will eventually quit MCM and move to somewhere else or start up another one. Frankly, this is bullshit. It shows that the staff do care about this site and worry about it's current state. Mick clearly doesn't give a shit about MCM but rather it just being another paycheck.

Edit: As a system administrator, it does not fucking take less than a week to transfer to another webhost. The system admins that Mick has hired are those fuckers that work for free and have no idea how to make a bash script. Configuring a web-server isn't fucking difficult and it doesn't take a monkey (pun intended) to figure that one out.

Now that they are here to stop MCM from tanking straight down into hell, they are in turn HELPING MICK. I love MCM, I have been a member for a very long time now and I don't want it to die. So, if I were a staff member I would do anything I can to save MCM even if it means helping Mick be owner.
