Hello. I am Janneci the owner and founder of a relatively new Discord server called MCChat. I have owned and moderated several Discord servers in the past, and I thought I would use my experience to create my own Discord server.

About MCChat
MCChat is a new 80 member Discord server that is basically a place where Minecraft players can interact, play together, talk to their favorite Youtubers, and hopefully, make Minecraft more fun for themselves. I am here to recruit staff because currently, we only have, myself, a moderator, and two helpers. Splitting the player count evenly, would result in each one of us managing 20 players! Also, all of my staff team are NA, therefore, no one can help out during EU or AU times.Roles needed:

Helper
If you would like to apply for helper, please read this section of the thread. MCChat is looking for helpers. As a helper it is your duty to read things such as the #help text channel, warn players if they break rules, encourage players to perform certain actions (such as participating in events), and generally make sure everything is going great for the players. Also, if you are to apply for this role, you have a much higher chance of being accepted if you are patient. No one likes a helper that can't talk them through things for longer than 5 minutes. NOTE: For this role you may have a higher chance of being accepted if you are EU or AU, however, if you are NA don't worry, continent/timezone will only impact certain people positively, and won't impact people who are NA.Requirements:

Moderator
If you would like to apply for moderator, please read this section of the thread. MCChat is looking for moderators. As a moderator, it is your duty to perform tasks asked by manager or owner (only MCChat related), take care of any suggestions or bot issues, if a helper is absent where they should be take care of it, and professionally advertise the server. If you are to apply for this role, one trait I believe would help your application, is to be mature. A moderator that shows maturity is a moderator that will represent the server perfectly. As a moderator I expect you to show respect to all players, but a few jokes here and there are to be expected and are completely fine. NOTE: If you are EU or AU you will get a bonus hereRequirements:

Manager
If would would like to apply for manager, please read this section of the thread. (Note: you must be a good moderator for at least one week before you will be promoted to this position) MCChat is looking for one Discord manager. If you are to apply for this position you must be EU or NA, as I will be online during those times. As a manager, you will be responsible for hosting events, adding new bots/configuring bots, editing rules, editing voice channels, editing text channels, representing the server/advertising on a global level, managing partnerships (YouTubers & Discord servers), & much more. If you are to apply for this position, you must be mature, in order to represent MCChat well; also you must be a knowledgeable person that can learn quickly. I put a lot of trust in you and I expect you to perform!Requirements:
