I was demoted twice for once Talking in skype chat when I didn't know I couldn't the first time I was demoted for "missing a Advertiser" I caught him and muted him but still gotten demoted


Why do you want to become staff on MCClans?
This is where I could start playing HCF and being staff I actually love to be staff to catch the Fuckers on the network who think they can hack

I also know how HCF and Bunkers work as I play them both on other servers I'm not as known.

What kind of skills can you bring to the team?
I feel like I can bring many different skills as u seen I know u may not want a Ex hacker on ur team but I know how hacks work

I also can teach u new ways of finding hacked clients

I can bring the skill of working as a team and staff not hating each other.

What is required from a staff member? The main focus of a productive and professional staff member is productivity; this includes activity, completion of work, maturity, time put into the server, what they do for the server, and how the benefit the community. I also believe a staff member must act appropriate and be able to tune out accusations and foul language that is directed towards them. Another important aspect of a good staff member is their maturity, this doesn't necessarily mean age, but can be compromised of how the staff member works with others and how the staff members deals with day-to-day issues and situations that come their way.
What experience do you have? I've only recently worked with a few servers: sRaids.net [Closed Down, Moderator], KrodHQ [Retired, Platform Administrator], uPvp.us [In Development, Public Relations and User Support Team], and SBN [Closed Down, Public Relations Team Leader and Community Manager].
Why do you want to become staff on MCClans? Everything I've heard about MCClans and what I've seen of MCClans has left me impressed and astonished. I believe I am adequately prepared for a position with MCClans and I think that my involvement with the server would be beneficial overall to the community and the server in general. I am also trying to expand my experiences and I believe working with MCClans would be a viable option! The server in general, including their management, appears very professional and mature; which fits my style of staffing.
What skills can you bring to MCClans? For starters, I am very experienced in PR (Public Relations) and Client/User Support. I am also learning SQL and Php to complement my HTML and CSS learning, I plan to have mastered both front and back end web development by the end of 2017. Also, I am very experienced with community management, server administration, and overall operation. In the end, I see myself as a great candidate for the MCClans staff team.
Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime? Yes, I've had similar power previously when working with team/staff management.

What is required from a Staff member?
There is many things require for a Staff Member but i think that one of the most important that someone
needs in order to become a Staff Member is being Responsible, Loyal, Mature & Respectable
Also a Staff Member is the Role model that represents the reputation of the Server, Means you need to put yourself
at risk so everyone can have an amazing & Enjoyable experience on the server!.

Excide/HCFHQ: I used to be Spanish Translator in their TS, and had a possible chance to get promoted to Trial-Mod but i was denied due to Scar policy that you couldn't be staff if you are already staff in another server.
PolarHCF: I started as a Trial Mod in the server and became really active, after a while i gave them plugins that they needed such as Subclaims, Elevators etc since the owner didn't know that much of HCF, After a while one of the admins give me permissions to setup the website litebans SQL, so that there will live Bans in the Website, and that was after i got promoted to moderator, but resigned due to a false ban that the owner did to my Friend.
MineHQ: I used to be Spanish Translator on here as well but got demoted due to inactivity, At the moment i don't enjoy MineHQ anymore like i did before, This if i remember correctly I was Spanish Translator 1 year ago.
CoreHQ/VenomHQ: This was one of my oldest servers that i Owned and managed it to become known very fast, It reached 90 Players in 3 - 6 Days without paying youtubers for advertisements, it was a OPFactions Server which i worked for a while but then decided to change it to a v2 Version which made the server died, after that i decided to open VenomHQ which was a HCF Network that quite like a Test Server that i used to work on my new upcoming Network, it had around 10 - 15 Players for VenomHQ.
HCLands: This is one of my recent projects that i worked since the last 8 months at least, and currently selling it on MCM, It has a playerbase of 10 - 50 Players and some youtubers such as Regrets playing on it, It has quite a bit of hackers which was fun to ban, but there wasn't really that much we could do since our anti-cheat banned them all.

Why do you want to become staff on MCClans?
I want to become staff on MCClans, Because I'm very astonished and surprised about this server, I believe it can hit the HCF Community really good, I'm used to catching hackers, Since i used to own many Factions servers which i found a lot of hackers daily, If i become staff i would take this as a job and will be serious about it and not let anyone down, I'm planning to make Staff Series in my 700 Subs channel which i think it will be fun to watch, I think I'm a very chill person which i know how to handle from Toxic Players to Cheaters, which is most of the reason that i love applying for servers

What kind of skills can you bring to the team?
Some of my skills that i can bring to the team/server would be the effort that i can put into a server, I love developing or being staff on servers specially HCF, I used to be Staff on PolarHCF and was active for at least 18 hours straight a day, there wasn't that much of a single time where players didnt see me on the server, due to my effort i got promoted in weeks to moderator, I am responsible and hard working and when it comes to being a staff member, a job needs to be done on anything & anywhere, I believe i am up for any work that MCClans have for me & willing to stay up late nights to help the server grow and become one of the best HCF Servers, I am also fluent with Spanish Language & A lil bit of Swedish language, but my main language Currently is Spanish.

Yes, I understand that MCClans Network/Server is able to demote me anytime.

PD: My main Language is Spanish & Swedish (I haven't talk Swedish in years so i can't talk anymore Swedish, Just some words) and my Third Language is English (I'm still studying though) So I apologize if my grammar is poor.

What is required from a Staff member?: What I think is required from a staff member, is someone who is mature, active and a supported person. When someone is in need of help they should try there best to help the player to the best they can if they can't help the player try to inform a higher staff member or the person they need that they need help. Not only this I would say that respect the other staff members, players and everyone in general. Try to stay out of situations which they shouldn't be in because this could lead to demotions and arguments / bad reputation.

VeltPvP: VeltPvP is one of the best HCF servers still out there now ranging from 200 - 400 players each day. I was TMod on there for around 2 - 3 weeks and I was there occurring mini and big hcf sotw which had around 1000 + players on. This helps me because I have delt with a lot of players on servers and proves that I am ready for this. I was resigned from Velt as I didn't have a lot of time on my hands since I had some issues going on at home which are fixed now.

ParaHCF: ParaHCF was one of the biggest servers back in the day and luckily I was able to get Moderator on there and that is where my HCF experience really started. 2 of my friends where staff on there and told me I should apply since I was staff on a few practice servers and they where in need of staff members. I was accepted around 1 - 2 weeks after my application and it started there. I was only staff for 2 weeks as I fell out with my friends and they tried to get me demoted 4 times so I just decided to resign and not cause arguments

I have a few more servers but they didn't have over 150 + players if you would like to know just ask and I will fill in.

Why do you want to become staff on MCClans? I wan't to become staff on MCClans because I would really like to start being staff again and carry on learning. I would love to meet more people and share my experience with them and hopefully they can tell me some stuff which will help me improve being staff on MCClans.

What kind of skills can you bring to the team? I will bring full dedication from myself 100 % trying my best to get to staff meetings and just showing my respect to everyone. I know how to SS (Sharescreen) I can find hidden ghost clients eg: vape if there not smart enough etc. I know how to use most cheatsmashers from previous experience and if the server has a custom one I would love to learn from it. I know what a hacker looks like and if I am a not so confident I will ask another staff member to help me decide my option. I will always record if I have a suspicion so, if they try to argue about having no proof I will have proof ready.
