Why do you want to become staff on MCClans? Well, one of the main reasons I wanted to apply was because the server I was recently staff on is shutting down. So now i'm bored and have plenty of free time. The owner of it recently applied on here. His name is Disby. He told me about this server and its potential so I wanted to attempt on apply on here. I want to become staff on here because I love moderating and just helping people in general. I am always active ingame and always handling reports and issues. I would like to start off as a high rank (Moderator, ect) because of what I am capable of and how much I can help the server. I just want something to do daily and for a long time. One thing i love do is to screenshare people. I know all basics of screensharing and many advanced ways also. I am also a experienced ts developer. I also want to accomplish being staff on a more popular server with a higher playerbased. I hate typing applications so sorry this is a little paragraph.

What kind of skills can you bring to the team? The following skills i can bring to the team.

Maturity - I will not fuck around or mess around in serious situations and will not be un-mature in anything relating to the server. I will always be mature and accept anything given by a Staff member and will handle any report or issue properly.

Dedication - I will be on the server for about 7-9 hours +. I will always be on helping and communicating with others with others and will never apply or think about playing on other servers.

Fast Typing - I can type fairly fast meaning I can handle multi-tasking more than 1 report and or more than 1 issue. I also have another monitor meaning I can moderate the teamspeak also whilst moderating the server.

Honesty - I will be 100% towards both staff and players in any situation given. I am very trustworthy and will never backstab anyone. I promise to not to lie to staff about anything. Including hackers, other staff, and just issues with trust overall.

Do you vow not to give your account to anyone that will grief / ruin the server? I vow to not give any information to anyone whatsoever.

Vexir: I was just a trial mod on Vexir but all was I doing was record cheaters and post it to their "Slack" chat room and that's pretty much what I did and I just got really inactive and I got demoted

AzuraHCF: I was Helper but the server wasn't really going as expected and didn't want to take the time to staff something that wasn't capable as HQ

OvidHCF: I was Moderator on Ovid HCF in which I did the typical HCF doings such as finding xrayers and helping people via teamspeak and in-game. I know all the commands and I know how to screen share etc

OxPvP: I was a Helper and I was doing the best and also had the most bans and also I was probably the best SS in the staff team but I made few mistakes and got demoted

Why do you want to become staff on MCClans?:

I would like to be a staff on MCClans because I think I'll be a great addition to the staff team because I'm an active player and also respectful and Honest. I feel that I would be fair to other players on the server and also be able to take action when needed. Furthermore, I think that I would be a great addition to the MCClan staff as I am often online when there are no other staff members online, allowing me to fill that gap. I have been given a few staff positions on other servers in the past and hope that I could achieve this role on MCClan

What kind of skills can you bring to the team?:

Positive Vibes *+* Having and giving a positive altitude is what lessens the toxicity in a community. Just not being down or showing any sign of you being mad or angry will allow the player to put some respect in the staff and server and also the players. They will see how appreciated they are to be on SerpentPvP and will continue their future HCF-Practice career on the server. I would be always happy and help people on the server even if I'm not a staff on SerpentPvP.

Honesty *+* Being an honest staff and also a player is key to being a successful part of a your group. Knowing the truth and being able to admit the truth is a great way to be successful. Many would lie to get out of a situation to avoid getting a demotion or getting to put on blast when it will found out later on and also there's not point of lying. Even as a member of a server just being able to tell the truth is a great way to allow players to put respect on you. Just speak the truth could reduce your ban by fifty percent and we all be happy. Its an essential part of being a part of any team or being friends and it will help anyone succeed in life.

Screen sharing *+* Screen sharing is a big part of HCF/Practice Servers. Every staff member is going to have to do it. Sometimes screen sharing could be one of the hardest things but I will try my best to find those dirty cheaters. That's why I plan on figuring out every part of screen sharing. My goal is to be able to find Vape/Drek/Harambe or any other clients in some folder in under 15-30 minutes. From there the time will decrease. I haven't been staff on large servers. Therefore I wasn't able to screen share as much. I assure you that I can find what someone is using if needed because I think I have few method for myself that is very unique and effectable to the cheaters and I would also like to share my screensharing method with the server if needed

What is required from a Staff member? What I think I required from a staff member is to be mature And very chill and social with the players You don't want staff to be a non-social person so a really social person that is chill , mature , nice , very kind .

List your experiences as a staff on other servers:

During my period as staff, I learned how to screenshare even better! One of my strongest components of being staff is screensharing. I have done it for what feels like ages and I feel like I can do great. I can find most Ghost clients (I say most as I don't know all the clients out there). I got to keep chat clean as a trialmod or chatmod and it was fun. I learned responsibility as well. As staff, you must have been able to record with 60 fps. Some people have trouble but luckily I'm not one of them. The responsibility of this factor is that if you record it and they come into Teamspeak, you have proof to show that they were cheating or for whatever the consequence was.

Zohai
I was administrator here. This server was a youtubers named AdminPlus, it got a solid 100+ players a day. I got to screenshare players, keep chat clean, and help accept/deny staff applications. This was the biggest responsibility I have had yet to become an admin but I want a challenge.

Elite kits
This server was one of the hardest jobs for me. I screenshared many players which improved my capability of screensharing while it helped me with my words per minute. This comes in handy because you need to type a bit fast in order to help players. If there is a cheater you would need to help them so if you can type, then you would be good. My favorite part was managing chat. I kept it clean and toxic free. It got a bit crazy but I handled it well.

ArsonPvP
During my time as staff which was twice, I got to do many things. To start off I got demoted for calling a player stupid which I regretted, I said they were a stupid hacker as a joke but I got demoted. I joined back but got deleted again because there was a rule that you can't be staff twice. Besides these, I learned how to screenshare and got the ability to keep chat clean.
Quick mention:
I banned Custom when it was etbed and when he was cheating on stream also :3
Back to track. It was fun being able to help in teamspeak which I hope I can do here. I got to play with my faction while helping at the same time. It was fun until it lasted though.

Why do you want to become staff on MCClans? Because I haven't been staffing for over 2 months now and I really want o start again this server seems like it has allot of potential and I thought why not start here.

What kind of skills can you bring to the team?Maturity
If you know me, then you can agree on this. I am a very mature person. Goofing around as a staff member one in a while is ok but not frequently. This can lead to accidental abuse when it was only supposed to be a prank. When I say good around, I mean you can joke around but not in front of the community. It would show immaturity which isn't what the community wants.

Experience
From above, you can see that I have experience. Why it comes in handy you may ask? Well let me tell you. To start off, without experience, you would not know all the commands and how the rules work. With my experience for example, I know the commands, proper handling , and tactics to accomplishing my duty as a staff member. Especially with Faithful, I would not think that they would accept someone with no experience. My experience can come in handy at all times. Experience doesn't need to be the amount of servers you have been staff on either. It can be by the amount of time you were staff for. In my case, with my experience being 8 months, it shows I have quite a bit of experience which may be needed to know later in time.

Honesty
Honesty comes in a big factor. Without it, you won't have a good responsibility nor be trusted. For example, most people know ETB. People can be dishonest, wait until they are Mod and give the account to Custom. With my honesty, I will take fill responsibility for my actions no matter what the consequences are. Without honesty, you wouldn't have a chance to become staff on other servers because no one would trust you.

Activeness
I will not lie by saying I play 8 or 12 hours a day. In reality I do things outside of minecraft while still playing. I do basketball for a living and it's a great hobby. Minecraft is another but I need to make sure I do all my responsibilities before getting on minecraft. This means doing homework on time, doing chores, or doing sports like me. With me being on 5 hours or more on weekdays and double on weekends, I am active. I did mention breaks. With me wearing glasses, I need to take breaks for a hour or so. This can be from resting to watching YouTube. I would just need a break. I would hope that it would not interfere with anything amongst server wise.

Reaction
With my reaction speed and how I react to things, it is great. My reaction time is good and that comes in handy. If a crazy cheater came in you must have good reaction time to freeze him or to ban them. In my opinion I can do this but some people can struggle with this.

Cautious
If you ask how does this help let me explain. If you were to screenshare someone you must be cautious. Check everything over and don't slip up. I have had trouble in the past with that but now it is not a problem. I see now with some people, they have the same problem. If you have people like me, it would help tremendously. It is like the quote "better be safe then sorry"

Multitasking
I am known to be able to multitask. In game, this could be from helping in teamspeak while watching a potential cheater or xrayer. It can also mean watching someone while still keep cheating clean and toxic free. I can do all of these and it doesn't stress me out.
Multitasking is hard for others but not as much for me. This is a major quality as people struggle to do this.

Screensharing
I have mentions this a bit now and here is a topic about it. I have plenty of experience except I listed what the popular ones were. I know how to SS and I do use SS tools. I can do the normal way of checking then use some of my methods to see if I can find anything. I try using the SSTool last for the fact to make sure I went through everything cautiously and to make sure I didn't miss anything.
What I do
During SS's after I go through the controls, mods, config,
Libraries, And versions, I use my method then end off by checking the recycling bin to see when last checked.
Should have mentioned:
I still go through TS3Client > Cache > Remote > Lemote (if there then its spook) As well as java > web view > local storage.

What is required from a Staff member?: What I think is required from a staff member, is someone who is mature, active and a supported person. When someone is in need of help they should try there best to help the player to the best they can if they can't help the player try to inform a higher staff member or the person they need that they need help. Not only this I would say that respect the other staff members, players and everyone in general. Try to stay out of situations which they shouldn't be in because this could lead to demotions and arguments / bad reputation.

VeltPvP: VeltPvP is one of the best HCF servers still out there now ranging from 200 - 400 players each day. I was TMod on there for around 2 - 3 weeks and I was there occurring mini and big hcf sotw which had around 1000 + players on. This helps me because I have delt with a lot of players on servers and proves that I am ready for this. I was resigned from Velt as I didn't have a lot of time on my hands since I had some issues going on at home which are fixed now.

ParaHCF: ParaHCF was one of the biggest servers back in the day and luckily I was able to get Moderator on there and that is where my HCF experience really started. 2 of my friends where staff on there and told me I should apply since I was staff on a few practice servers and they where in need of staff members. I was accepted around 1 - 2 weeks after my application and it started there. I was only staff for 2 weeks as I fell out with my friends and they tried to get me demoted 4 times so I just decided to resign and not cause arguments

I have a few more servers but they didn't have over 150 + players if you would like to know just ask and I will fill in.

Why do you want to become staff on MCClans? I wan't to become staff on MCClans because I would really like to start being staff again and carry on learning. I would love to meet more people and share my experience with them and hopefully they can tell me some stuff which will help me improve being staff on MCClans.

What kind of skills can you bring to the team? I will bring full dedication from myself 100 % trying my best to get to staff meetings and just showing my respect to everyone. I know how to SS (Sharescreen) I can find hidden ghost clients eg: vape if there not smart enough etc. I know how to use most cheatsmashers from previous experience and if the server has a custom one I would love to learn from it. I know what a hacker looks like and if I am a not so confident I will ask another staff member to help me decide my option. I will always record if I have a suspicion so, if they try to argue about having no proof I will have proof ready.

Do you understand that we’re able to demote you at any given time? Yes I understand that you are able to demote me but if I do get demoted I hope it is for a understandable reason but I hope I will not get demoted

What is required from a Staff member?:
The requirements of a good staff member include, hard work, loyal, trustworthy, outgoing, friendly, and would be able to deal with hard situations.

My previous experience of being staff on the other servers, were very well, I had very well feedback while in the staff position,
but most of the servers shut down due to lack of donations and toxicity. In the servers I was staff, we had screenshare plugins as well, so I think I can work it out very appropriately. I'm the type of guy to solve out any problem, wether its cheaters, or even people who are just really stupid and don't know how to control their anger, I try to help out, and that's what I've shown in my previous experience with being staff on many different servers, but I think if I get staff on MCCLANS, I will provide extreme hard work, and also a good time for people and other staff members. Now here are some servers I was staff on.

PRIMEHCF:
PrimeHcf was very popular back last year, with over 100+ players daily, I was mod for about 3-4 months, but now the server has shutdown, due to the owner not being able to give time and effort to the server

Original-Gamers:
Original-Gamers, was a huge OPPRISON server back in 2015, I was also moderator on there, with over 100-300+ people, I learned a lot about my communication skills, and how to work and deal with things or people in tough situations

WENJA:
WENJAPVP, HCF/PVP server, over 100+ players daily, I was Moderator on there, horrible owners, but I made my way thru it. This server taught me how to be extremely well at screensharing, and also communication skills

HCLANDS:
HCLANDS, Disby's server who also applied, HCLANDS was a amazing community, Disby is a great hard working staff member, and so is Mesi too, this server taught me how to be more friendly to people who are either toxic or friendly as well, but HCLANDS decided to migrate to a new owner, so we all moved on to other hcf servers like here.

Why do you want to become staff on MCClans?
Well, there are a couple reasons why you should choose me for staff, I always play legit, when it comes to being staff I can easily control situations that are hard to handle, I would give great effort for the best of my job, and the best of the community from my help as a staff member. I am also a very well at checking for hacks, for I know how to use all the staff commands, some examples are- /ss or /freeze which ever one you guys tend to use, /staffmode, /kick, /ban, /mute, /tempban, /staffrevive, /f set dtr (to whatever their dtr was), etc... I can bring a friendly and very welcoming community, and furthermore in explanation I can bring it clean of hackers mainly, chat toxicity, spamming, advertising, and all the other 'misdemeanors' I know the whole rule if I find or suspect a hacker /ss them and say in chat "(Username), 5mins to join ts.mcclans.com, If you logout it's a ban, and if you admit, admit now, for a reduced ban duration. What kind of skills can you bring to the team?
What I can bring to MCCLANS varies between, keeping the chat spam/toxicity, very low at the times I am on the server, Whenever I find or catch a hacker, I will always provide video evidence, I have already been trained for checking for hacks(ScreenSharing) FROM past servers I have worked for, and I know most commands such as /ss or /freeze, /staffmode(If there is staffmode), /ban, etc.. But I am usually the staff member to go to for anything, I will always be on TS3 FOR I KNOW THE TS ts.mcclans.com and that's mostly what I can bring for MCCLANS, The ways I can moderate chat is, Keep the spam low, if somebody spams it's a 10 min mute, If a person is hacking and I suspect them of hacking, I would more than likely screen share them and find out if they're hacking. To see if they have x-ray or auto-clicker etc, then I would tell them to go into Minecraft and click R-Shift and L-Shift if I suspect of auto-clicker, after that process I would tell them to go into the resource pack folder and open the folder and go directly to .minecraft from there, after that I would tell them to go to their versions but first make them press f3 in game to see what they are running, if they are running forge I would check all the common mods sizes to make sure there is no ghost client. After that, I would make them go to their logs, the check the most recent ones, then the My Skype received files, and then after all that maybe if I suspect they deleted the hacks, go into screenshots and their web browser to see all the history and downloads, to the specific day they were caught, and if they had no hacks or ghost clients. Of course if I don't see anything after checking everything, including the ghost client software, I would unfreeze them and let them go about their day.

What is required from a Staff member?
The main actions from a staff member is too be; controlling, demanding, dependent, intelligent, understanding, generally nice, activity and maturity. All these skills add up to what every staff manager or server owner wants there staff team to be like, the most needed skill here is dependent, If you always rely on someone else to help you you'll never succeed in anything. Intelligence isn't necessarily needed, You need to have intelligence for something like screen sharing, You need to be able to process a lot in your head at these times.

ViperMC [Mod] 800-1500 players (HCF, PRACTICE & KITMAP)

Back in 2016 around september a very known HCF you tuber named "lolitsalex" played on this server named "ViperMC", It brang thousands of new players to the Viper Community, On SOTW we got a record of 1500 players! This was without doubt the best experience i have gained whilst staffing in minecraft. I would help 15-25 people in ts daily.. The server would always be packed and there was conflict in chat between factions every minitue. This always led to punishments that were forced by me. I was trial-mod on this server for around 4 days then i gained a achievement where i was promoted to Moderator. I was staff for around a map (Very short period of time). I noticed quite alot about the server (negative things) I can not tell you behind the scenes of this server but it wasn't good things. Unfortunately my mother was ill, she collapsed and overall wasn't well. I told A Admin about the occurrence every time something happen with my mum. 1 day during when my mum was in hospital i came home and saw I was kicked from the ViperMC chat. I asked why this happend. I tried to log on the server but i was locked out my mc aswell. I was demoted.

VIPER DEMOTION REASON (UNFAIR):

Before you start reading this i want you too know that this reason is completely unfair and i will be providing proof about this situation. I was staff for around 1 map when my mum started too have her problems. She was ill for around a week before it got super serious and she got rushed into hospital. I told a Sr.Admin about this, PROOF : https://gyazo.com/49e340cacb57632411a12678bf1f0350, after around another 4 days of me saying the same reasons my mum started too feel better and she came back home. When i came too my pc i saw this when i tried too log into MC, "invalid password/username", after i saw this i tried too log in for around 1 hour. After this i told the Admin about this but he didn't respond, i then decided too email mojang, when writing my brother came downstairs and said that he changed my optifine cape too the one i wanted but it didn't let him. Here's the email i write to mojang, "Hi Mojang, Unfortunately i have a problem with my minecraft, im having troubles logging in. This inconvenience happend last night when my brother changed my optifine cape, it says "invalid password/username" when i try too log in please may you help me?", 2 days later i got the reply from a mojang worker known as "Carl" after around 5 days of messaging each other we finally found the solution to the problem. (Can't show you gyazo of exact text as it does show bank information) When i went onto skype i had been removed from the staff chat. Velvet HCF - Sr.Mod - Velvet wasn't a very known server but the community was amazing. Everyone knew everyone. This server consisted of around 100-200 players daily! On SOTW it would go up to around 300-350. Our biggest spike of players was 400-ish on our Map 3. If you have never heard of the server our manager was called "Poppage" which used to be really known In the Velt & Arson community. I did get up too admin level then I got demoted due a issue that wasn't sorted properly. I was staff for a while! I resigned due to Velvet HCF loosing players due to a lot of new servers, Also Badlion HCF came out and most of our power factions went to join that server.

WoodyCraft - Helper - I was only helper for a couple weeks, I had to resign due to players beening very mean and bringing IRL problems into the game, This made me annoyed, angry and downhearted. This was ages ago were there were only about 2 factions realms! Conflict finally ended when i resigned.

WOODYCRAFT RESIGNED REASONS:

Hopefully you have heard of this server. Right now it is closed down due to a reason i don't know. I was forced to resign due to the problems with my father. I was bullied by other people on that server because my dad was dieing, they would call me sick names like "Bastard" and they would also say stuff like "Your father will die". I was also called things such as "mongral" and "autstic" because i tried to disagree with these people. As you know i was only a helper which ment i didn't have power to do anything except muting, which wouldn't do anything. Your probley thinking why were they mean too you? Well, they mean too me for one reason, before i became staff on there i was there enemy, i was that factions enemy, obviously as you know enemy's hate each other and dispice each other. When i got staff and my info was accidently realsed they bullied me. I couldn't do anything but walk away from it all. I resigned.

Why do you want to become staff on MCClans?
As soon as I saw your post your server MCClans i Instantly got into the mood to apply for staff, The recruitment page shown to me what a great server MCClans will generally will be. The idea of a whole brand new network coming together of 3 amazing and addictive game modes honestly fills me up with joy and passion, The only thing that could make this server better is staff, We haven't been told anything about staff. You need great staff to have a great server, I can help you there. I have amazing experience with HCF, Practice & Kitmap. This shows you that I know what i'm doing in every aspect of staffing in general. Accept me and the server will be great.

What kind of skills can you bring to the team?
Overall I can bring a variety of skils to the team such as dependency and activity, On the servers I was staff on most staff knew I was a great staff member due to activity through playtime. I won't be like everyone else and Do a long list of useless skills that those people don't actually have. This will be paragraphs explaining how I am what I say I am. Activity, My activity on Viper, WoodyCraft and VelvetHCF was inappreciable sustaining around 20+ hours a week spent on staffing, This doesn't sound like much for a week but It is loads considering that these servers weren't massive. There wasn't much AFKing involved either, Each player would be kicked off the server do make sure your player time wouldn't increase. Maturity, As you might know my age is 14, You would expect boys that are 14 like me to be very Immature, You would expect them too maybe shout when not getting there way, Leave the team speak if something went wrong. Not with me, I vow that I shall never be immature or annoy someone into making them angry.

I also can screen share amazingly, I know how to find easy clients to very difficult clients like vape, kurium, drek, Harambe, spook, Tabby Chat Client (Spooky-Caspar), Skype autoclicker and a lot more! I personally use BLSquad as a ss tool as It helps me friend very difficult to find clients (Undetectable), Just to prove I have access to it here's the download (http://www.mediafire.com/file/jgjpn0b2z17pbt9/BLSquad+1.2.1.exe) I have great knowlodge of higher up the scale staff things like server staff guild line, I've made loads in the past like; EliteKits (Didn't get used), EclipseHCF (In use rn), HyperHCF (Close down) And a lot more!
