Hi there!

I'm working on my server's website. We have backend managed, but I'm not good at front end. I'd rather have a professional do a better job, then scrap up something with my limited knowledge.

I need some front end HTML/CSS webpages with some basic animations.
They need to be responsive. I provide information in the video linked below. I will also provide more things like logo, color schemes, which avatar service to use, etc. in discord if you are interested.

The budget is $20-30. I believe this is reasonable. I'm not asking for full functionality, just some templates/basic front ends, and this should take a skilled front-end developer a trivial amount of time using something like bootstrap. The navbar only has to be made once. Staff page = famous page. If I'm misestimating the price, let me know.

No need for backend or any functionality.

With or without, it's not all about the amount of work a developer does but the value it provides the client as well as how much that freelancer / developer values their own work. I know someone who recently completed exactly what you're asking for but for a little over the price I mentioned above.
