I believe, that there should be a new role due to the many amount of players on this website to delete reputation. There should be people who mainly specialize in this area in order to remove this type of thing since there is so much. I agree that neg reputation should be based solely on the business aspect than the personal toxic level aspect as this is a business website, not a social media website. There needs to be people to check with evidence of a deal that has been taken place.

Wow I actually watched the whole video. Agreed. There could be some guy that decides he wants to make a mcm account to give some users neg rep. Finds some screenshots of something someone said that was inappropriate from 4 months ago and go ahead and neg repping people without even talking to them. The staff say that to get a neg rep removed you need to improve. Alright well if someone neg reps you(someone) for being toxic and then you appeal the rep I think it should be taken off unless the person that neg repped you( someone ) can find more examples.

It's not fair if someone holds a personal grudge against someone and then neg reps them.

For example if Billy got neg repped for cursing and then for the next two months doesn't curse and appeals it to get removed, if it doesn't then isn't that bull ? Doesn't that mean he has improved his character and the negative reputation from 2 months ago doesn't provide an accurate image of Billy?

You should include a TL;DR. I'm too lazy to watch the whole video, but I've experienced people begging for reputation and not getting in any kind of trouble for it, and along with that the staff don't seem to try to look into false negative reputation reports. It's also kind of agitating because now people go by reputation posts rather than actual reputation or quality of your services, and it's kind of unfair for the people who aren't reputation whores.
