Not all punishments were fair, I was banned from the shoutbox for 2 weeks from Eclipse and I appealed and a higher staff member saw that I didn’t do anything that serious

That’s the one thing I would’ve liked to have seen an explanation from the staff for. If you didn’t break the rules then why were you able to be kicked in the first place?
