I work for a server called MCMayhem and we're looking for two managers to join our team. We need one manager for general & project management, whilst we need the other for community & staff management. We are looking for people who have a passion for the field, and know exactly how to get stuff done. We develop all MCMayhem servers with a pristine playing experience in mind.
Manager #1 Responsibilities:
- Provide server-related advice when applicable
- Build-up & provide input on new ideas
- Coming up with the final opinion when we cannot all agree
- Keeping server quality in check
- Writing up announcement messages
- Help build up a steady reputation
