Nice rate, but do people not know how to get Paypal > Bitcoin or Bitcoin > Paypal for 100% money with like 5 cents tax?

I think the only reason people go peer to peer like this is to avoid having to authenticate a ton of stuff. I know with most huge exchanges where you can buy 1:1 USD to BTC plus tax, you need to submit a ton of ID and wait a while to actually be able to buy coins.
