Would you be willing to teach the buyer on how to grow the site?

That would be up to the buyer to figure out. It is particularly hard to grow a site like this starting out. This just gives the buyer a great starting point as there are servers and users already with a few active ones!

Yes it is custom coded and is using php. There are some bugs however so, those would have to be fixed. Also some code can be improved. But other than that it is fully functional.

Well the sponsored bidding system has some security flaws, there is no SRV support when adding servers, also there may be some database configuration that needs to be done.

With the current technical challenges I think I'll sit this one out but otherwise looks like a great site. I'll probably be kicking myself later over this one.
