Hello! My name is Luve from the MCSquads Staff Team! We are a brand new factions server that is coming out this weekend and we are currently looking for some staff members! We have gotten a lot of work done today. The Spawn has been completed and we have set up the dedicated server. If you are wondering about the specs of the server, here they are.

I've only worked on some small servers where I'd set up the perms or moderate chat. Nothing too big.

I haven't been chosen as staff for any servers at the moment, however I plan on applying for a few servers.

Well, I guess this answers the next question as well. I have tons of experience working with servers. I can work with perms and plugins or in game. I know how to moderate chat and I am always able to help players when needed. I have good knowledge of most commands, and I'm capable of giving newer players advice and a head start when needed. So, I guess I'd help the server out by being a good staff member and a good player for the community. I'm fairly active, and whenever I'm not online in game I'm either gonna be at school, or outside. However, I'll probably still be on the server's forums, seeing that I tend to really enjoy being on forums ^-^

FuriousPvP, OutrageousPvP, HCPotions and some other decently sized HCF servers.

Current Servers:

None, however I am trying to find a new HCF server to be staff on, this is why I am deciding to apply here!

What can you bring to the server:

I can bring a lot of knowledge and experience to the server. I know a lot about HCF and Faction commands and I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to them. I also enjoy devoting my time to moderating chat and catching cheaters. I also enjoy making sure everyone is having a good and a fun experience on the server. I can also work with plugins and all sorts, including different perms and commands in game. I'm also very mature individual and can deal with situations in a mature manner. I also make sure to use the correct grammar in chat, making sure I look professional. I like making servers get larger and love watching them grow. I'm always willing to help in chat and help players in teamsoesk if they have any questions regarding the server or a random question in general. I'm very active when it comes to playing and moderating on servers and make sure I'm on for speedy 3-5 hours on weekdays and a lot longer on weekends.

Experience:

I've had a lot of past experience with plugins, configs, moderating and generally helping players out and making sure they're okay. Due to my tremendous amount of knowledge about HCF, Factions and all types of game modes/mods I can help players out a lot. I'm always willing to do a job someone else will not do and I'm all about helping and doing what's best for the server and making sure everyone had a good experience, which I can help them have. Due to me being a former staff member I know what to do in different situations as stated above.

What can you bring to the server: I can bring lots of stuff to MCSquads. Since I can always be helping players left and right. I can bring a sense of gratitude to every player that is helped on me. I can bring joy to the server, I can have a good time with players but also be serious at the same time. I can tell people to not cheat because it leads to bad things. I will be able to catch hackers and giving them the rightful punishment they need. I can bring a kind attitude so I would never yell or call a player names even if there continuously calling me names or just bashing on me. I am a person who truly cares of others, and I am a person who lives to help others. Though I may not always show it, I have a great deal of maturity and honesty. I can be annoying, and sometimes I can get angry, but as a moderator I would have others to help check me and tell when enough is enough. I don't even care about being a moderator, honestly. I just want to help others and give to this amazing server and it's even more incredible people, and this would be the best way possible for me personally. I truly care for all of you, and I want to do all I can to repay all the kindness that you have given me in tenfold. Also I am quite familiar with the screen sharing protocol. I have screen shared so many times on ParaPvP that I know what the file path is usually like. We would usually run cheatsmasher to do the job quickly but if nothing shows up we usually search through there .minecraft and do the basic things and advance stuff for screen sharing. I can also record when staff or the person accused is asking for proof. I can provide evidence if needed and I can always be active and be on when need be. I also have certain strengths, i know how to find nearly all ghost clients and i can see when someone is suspicious in game (far reach, unusual kb etc) and if they are looking suspicious i will freeze them (if you have a command for that) and ask them to join team speak and screen share them using join.me. Also as a nature of being friendly also means that I would be saying Hi or Welcome back to the players that have re-joined, or Hi or Welcome to the newer players that have just joined. My arms are open and my mind is opened to any advice or questions that players might have. As a person that can deal with high pressure in an circumstances, I would be fit for the job.I have also watched lots and I mean LOTS of admin lets play videos and I pretty much know all the basic commands any mod would need to know. I also will not abuse for any factions nor revive any people with out given proof. I will not show any favoritism. There are some staff who tend to do that and I promise I will never do so. I will always be active on the team speak as much as I can and put all of my free time into helping players daily on there! I will make sure everyone leaves the team speak with a happy mood. I will make sure I will do my job and everything perfectly.

Experience: I was Global Mod on the ParaNetwork a while back, and I really enjoyed this because it was kind of one big leaning curve, because from that I learned the basic staff commands and how to act in situation's, and how to help player's all you can, and if you are not capable then reporting to high staff member's, I was staff on there for a white until I decided to quite Minecraft, this I did for about a week :D, then came back but because I told them I was quitting I was demoted. I feel like lots of the things I learned from this I can bring to MCSquads.

Hello, my name is Connor also known as SneakToggled, I am making this thread as I have a lot of spare time so I am looking for a staff position on a server, preferably a Network but I am looking for a high-end position as I am well experienced.

I have a lot of experience with Factions servers and HCF servers
I was a Moderator on a HCF server for over 2 months and from that I gained a huge amount of experience with helping people in large and small situations.
Screensharing:
I have had to host a lot of screenshares within those, I have found almost all clients that there are out there nowadays including Spook after self-destruct.

What I Can Offer:
I can offer my experience to make your network/server the best that it can be over the time that I am there and to make sure that it reaches full potential during my stay there.

I will also solve any problems in/out of game that need solving.

Past Servers: I was staff on a HCF server called VanityHCF, unfortunately it got shutdown because of donation reasons, it peaked 100 players at max and 50 at least. I have a lot of experience in screensharing and detecting hackers on the network.

Current Servers: I'm not staff on any current servers.

What can you bring to the server: I can bring an experienced staff member that can help the community, I can help players in team speak with the problems they have and efficiently help them. I'm mature and motivated to help the community in the best way possible. I'm very knowledgeable I know a lot of commands and have had a lot of past experiences on different servers. I'm devoted to do my job correctly and would like to pursue my Minecraft staff experience. With this experience I can help all players and make sure that they know how to use different commands, due to my many past experience I assure you I have a lot of experience that I can give to the community. I am also a very helpful individual, due to my activity I can spend a lot of time online helping out players and meeting their needs.

Experience: Even though I have not played the server a lot I’m sure I can get used to the new commands that might be on McSquads. As stated above and in my previous paragraph I can assure you that I am very experienced with different commands and know what I am doing. I’m also very good at catching hackers, moderating in game chat as well as on the forums, making sure they’re clean. I enjoy attempting to make the server enjoyable for all players, with my experience I am sure I can help out with this. I like having a non-toxic community, with this I can make sure people get consequences if this ever happens. With my experience I can be active to make sure the server reaches it’s full potential and making sure everyone is enjoying their experience and stay here on McSquads.
