So maybe every month we have 5 members of the month. These people will be awarded for their helpfulness, kindness etc, and ultimately chosen by staff members. Then give them a badge as a "reward" what do you think?

I think that this isn't the best idea, coming from the scam aspect. A random helpful user is chosen to be the player of the month, said user also is tired of helping others and wants to leave the site with some money, because that user has this tag/badge that states "I'm helpful and trustworthy since I'm a player of the month, see page here, it means I'm not going to scam ever" it makes it easy to exit scam.

Hopefully that made some sense. Nothing should establish that someone is more trustworthy than vouches on their wall, and time spent on the site. As most people know, anyone could exit scam at any time.
