I was wondering if I upgrade my memory frequency in bios if it would give me more fps in games for example, and what would I upgrade it to without breaking my system lol

I am no expert but I believe overclocking ram in bios is rarely worth the effort. You could try to ask this question to people on tech forums such as Tom's Hardware, I am sure you could find more useful info there...
