MidnightVanilla Dev Setup Needed

Hey everybody, I recently started a new server named MidnightVanilla and am looking for a quality setup for an affordable price. We already have a spawn, so basically it's just down to the plugins and configurations. I need somebody who knows their stuff. I need somebody who will actually devote time.
I will mainly need assistance with PermissionsEx and WorldGuard, as well as multiple other plugins. Hope to hear back from anybody interested!
