Minearchy is looking for Java Developers who want to build unique systems and gameplay for a live Minecraft server. If you enjoy creating plugins, designing mechanics, and solving technical challenges, this role offers the chance to work on meaningful projects that players interact with every day.

This is a volunteer developer position where your work directly shapes the server experience.

About the Role​

As a Developer, you’ll work on custom gameplay systems, server features, and improvements across the network. This can include minigames, mechanics, optimizations, and new ideas that make Minearchy stand out.

You will collaborate with the owner and other developers to turn ideas into working features and maintain a stable, high-quality server environment.

What You’ll Do​

• Develop and maintain custom plugins
• Build new gameplay mechanics and server systems
• Fix bugs and improve existing features
• Optimize performance and stability
• Work with the team to bring new ideas to life

What We’re Looking For​

• Experience with Java and the Spigot or Paper API
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Interest in building unique Minecraft gameplay
• Attention to performance and clean systems

I've had a lot of help so far. People could be looking to learn as a student or just work in a team and get more experience before moving on to bigger servers.
