Minearchy is looking for dedicated Moderators who want to help keep the server fair, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. If you enjoy helping players, resolving issues, and supporting a healthy community, this role might be for you.This is a volunteer staff position where you work with the team to maintain a positive environment across the server and Discord.
About the Role
As a Moderator, you help monitor chat, enforce rules, and assist players when problems arise. You will work with other staff members to keep the server running smoothly and ensure everyone has a fair experience.Active and reliable moderators may eventually advance to Senior Moderator, helping guide the moderation team and handle more complex situations.
What You’ll Do
• Monitor in-game chat and Discord activity• Enforce server rules and handle reports
• Assist players with questions and small issues
• Help maintain a friendly and fair community
• Work together with other staff members
What We’re Looking For
• Mature and level-headed decision making• Clear and respectful communication
• Active participation in-game and on Discord
• Ability to stay calm in difficult situations
• Willingness to work as part of a team
