Minecraft developer for professional server

Hi, I am looking for someone that can help me with making custom things for my server to make it as unique as possible. I currently have a Dutch server that I run for a YouTuber with 15k subs, but I would like to make an extra server, but then English and seperated from that one because I feel it has way more potential than a Dutch server, I currently have around 25 active players on the Dutch one, but it's almost impossible the grow it more than that because the playerbase isn't that big compared to the English one.

I know quite allot about running a minecraft server, as well for the financial part.

The plan is creating a minecraft Skyblock server but as unique as possible, and I have allot of ideas and I know how to execute them, but a developer would be handy because I only know the basics, but I'm good with everything else.
