Minecraft Developer

Hello everyone,
I'm Troi and I'm looking for an experienced plugin developer that can work with me on complex & simple projects for a Minecraft network.

Requirements:
- Experience in writing code with best practices for efficiency, performance and scalability;
- At least 2 years of Java experience;
- At least 1 year of Minecraft development experience working with the appropriate APIs and understanding NMS;
- Knowledge of Git, Maven and Gradle;
- Ability to work at least 5 hours a week and meet deadlines;
- Have a positive & friendly attitude towards good or bad feedback;
- Experience with MySQL and MongoDB;
- Needs to be able to join voice calls;
- A minimum age of 16 years old.

Candidates that have the following will be highly considered:
- Have a larger reputation in SpigotMC or any development related forum to Minecraft;
- Have worked for large networks and is able to prove it.

When working with me:
- You're paid via PayPal or Bitcoin, I'm aware of the PayPal problems with Minecraft development/modifications at the moment;
- You're going to have to accept my Terms of Services in which I you'll be made aware of before a development project is started;
- You must accept the fact that all your work will be checked by professionals in this field. Your code & plugin must meet the criteria that I expect;
- You won't share any of our conversations with anyone, this includes ideas, code and more.

There are no problems with Paypal and Minecraft development. It's been disproven several times. The only people that have trouble with it are often shady people or associated with a person whose name is censored.
