We are looking for you!

We at Skynode have new job openings and are looking for you to support us, Skynode is a Minecraft hosting company that has been active since 2017. We are growing and need extra hands. We are currently looking for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support agents that can strengthen our team.

We are a small and relaxed team that strives to give the best customer support that is available out there. We like to hang out with each other and also learn new things to gain even more experience.

Jobs
I will currently explain the current job offers we have open and what the requirements are to join this amazing team! Both the jobs that are listed are not paid jobs but you can grow to a Tier 3 Support agent which is a paid position.

Tier 1 support agent:
Tier 1 Support is the first support level on the Skynode Team. Those with this rank are primarily involved with answering questions and passing urgent issues onto senior support agents. They have access to Discord tickets and you'll receive a free server just for working here!

Requirements:
- General knowledge of Minecraft and server hosting
- Entry-level experience with Minecraft issue resolving.
- Applicants must be 16+
- Be able to work as a team!

Tier 2 support agent:
Tier 2 Support is the second support position on the Skynode Team. Those with this rank are primarily involved with answering questions and passing urgent issues onto senior support agents. They have access to Discord tickets as well as Livechat and also gain a free server for being a member of the Skynode Team!

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Minecraft and server hosting
- Should have vast experience with Minecraft issue resolving.
- Intermediate experience with VPS and Linux systems (not required but preferred)
- Experience as a Support / Sales Representative is a must!
- Livechat experience desired, but not required.
- Applicants must be 16+
- Be able to work as a team!
