As far as pricing goes, I'm very flexible and can work to fit your budget. I'm just trying to make a few bucks while having fun programming.

You will explain the features you wish to see. Please be sure to include everything at the beginning as it makes it easier for me as the developer.
Before I begin working you will pay 50% upfront. You will pay the other 50% after you receive the initial copy of the plugin.
After I finish the plugin, you will have 2 weeks to make any (minor) changes to the plugin. You will have a 3-month warranty for any bugs or issues with the plugin.

All sales are final; chargebacks are prohibited due to the digital nature of the product.
Payment
1.1 Payment is 50% upfront, then the other 50% after you receive the initial copy.
1.2 During payment, you cover all digital fees regarding the purchase.
Warranty
2.1 I have the right to stop supporting any of my work at any point in time.
2.2 All commissions come with a limited bugfix warranty of three months. Contact me with any issue and I will do my best to resolve it.
2.3 In the case of updating or adding features, I will modify/update the plugin with a fee (negotiable). There is a two week period from the time of final payment during which any minor features may be tweaked and/or added/removed upon request.
Responsibility
3.1 I am not responsible if you delete, lose, or misplace any purchased resources. I am not obliged to provide a refund or replacement.
3.2 I am not liable for any direct, indirect, unintentional, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any other nonphysical loss resulting from my plugin or service.
3.3 It is your responsibility to comply with the Terms of Service. Failure to do so will result in the loss of access to my resources and services.
3.4 By filing a chargeback or intentionally distributing/leaking/unintentionally distributing any of my work you will be denied my services and lose access to all of my work.
Agreement
4.1 I can change the Terms of Service at any time; it is your duty as a client to know the Terms at all times.
4.2 By purchasing my products or services you agree to the Terms of Service. It is your responsibility as a buyer to read the Terms of Service before purchasing any of my products.
4.3 Upon purchasing any of my products or services you agree that you are over the age of 18 or have parental authorization to do so.
