As I said I am looking for an in game developer to fix bugs and for long term. I also have stated that there will be no pay. I am not looking for a plugin developer.

I understand some developers want pay however not all of them ask for it. That is specifically why I pointed out in bold that there is no payment. As I also said I am not looking for a plugin developer. I have seen a few free developers before. I am just using the resources that are given to me. If you do not have the services I am asking for or you cannot offer them than please do not comment or tell me I am wrong for asking for someone to help me out. However I appreciate your time. It is by no means slave work and no means needs to be long term however it is preferred. The „Perfect candidate section is not required however is „perfect“. However I appreciate your time. Have a good day.

No. I need someone who can develop Minecraft servers as well as help with in Game stuff. I have gotten multitude of free developers for past servers of mine. If you do not have the services I am asking for please move on.
I honestly doubt you will get something decent without paying for it. In addition, I am sure that your server in the future will generate income, and it does not seem like your making money but that the person who is in charge of keeping the gameplay fun, does not receive anything.

The server currently makes a small amount of income however none of the staff team does including myself (the owner).

You guys are annoying asf lol. Just move on dude, the guy has already explained he can't pay and that while there is a perfect candidate he's fine with other people too. How many threads are there of people here looking for volunteers? Move on, yikes.
If anyone does work for you, they will just sell the plugins online, just saying (so don't expect a unique server).
