Minecraft Server List webpage

I'm looking for some developer or some webpage for server-list, I want to have in it feauture to vote with NuVotifier and nice user interface and if it is possible I will love to have there some kind of "server of week" or something like that and place for ads (you can see on page below on right side)..

You can look on page Czech-Craft.eu, I dont want the same, but something like that, PM me or write under this topic if you can do it, thank you very much.

$100 is too little for this. From a quality dev, you would maybe get 3-4 quality page designs tops just for part of the frontend alone, not to mention additional costs in the backend work such as the api, database, etc. If you can manage to offer $400+, then feel free to message me and I can work with you.
