Minecraft shop server idea!

I've came to an idea to make a server where i can sell builds.Basically its a Minecraft server where you join and there are builds in plots,you go around and check the builds and when you find that you like,then you send like a request for the build and pay for it.When a staff member sees that request and that its paid he sends the build to the user in some way(still working on this part).We can have a custom build requests where people write if they want a custom build.After that we can make other people to post build on our server and we get 5% of the builds sales.

Why is this a good idea?
People can come on the server and fully see the builds.They can "feel" how its going to be.

I have questions about this idea:

1.Is this compatible with Minecraft EULA?
2.Can this type of server be developed?

Answer to question 2:
This can work but it would be a bit expensive and really this isn't worth doing. It's better to develop a 3D model where people can rotate and view it or just make a video on the build. Because as i said this can be expensive and in the end it's not worth it.

EDIT: MY fault, i thought you meant when someone wants a build they send a request on the website which they pay and receive the build.

They can just world download the builds then Useless. Not in my opinion btw, more like to everyone's opinion. Sorry if I sound harsh but I just saved you money

There are anti-world download plugins.

2. Sure it can be developed
But my biggest concern would be how would you protect your builds from World Downloader mod (There are multiple versions and some cannot be detected!)

I would recommend using Sketchfab and making your builds 3D then players can check them out but you don't have to worry about worlddownloading.
