Yup, It's confirmed. Minecraft will soon be supported on the Oculus Rift. For those unfamiliar with what the Oculus Rift is, it's a virtual reality headset allowing gamers to witness games in first person. With this device in minecraft, something as simple as looking left with your head will counter act as in the game aswell! Surely this will be awesome to see and I can't wait for the release.
So, I wanted to get some opinions here. With the slow decline of Minecraft and its playerbase, do you think this new upcoming feature will boost player production? Do you think this could get players attention or has Minecraft reached the point where it's fading. Or maybe, will many Minecrafters find it too difficult to play Minecraft using the Oculus Rift?building could have its ease and difficulties. Don't get me wrong, there are still millions of Crafters out there, but not near to when it was big over the last few years.
Let me know what you think!
