I am currently looking to find some more minecraft youtubers of anywhere between 1,000 to 1,000,000 subs.

I always find them just looking on advanced search in youtube or on twitch. Twitch is a good place to find entry level people to play on your server and bring people in.

The one issue I am having right now is that youtubers tend not to reply to emails.

Maybe try social media - Twitter, Discord etc. It's less professional but they're normally more active there and in the description. Obviously, the higher the youtuber the harder it will be to get contact that way compared to email. But it's worth a shot.

Yeah, I 100% agree with this. The other day I emailed 50 YouTubers for promotional offers (All between 5k - 120k) and only 1/2 responded.

I feel like I should become a manager for creators, they don't seem to be on top of responding to offers they receive.

Most low-ranked creators started youtube to earn money. Doubt they earn a high enough salary to hire a manager. But yeah, if you could find someone to manage then props to you - if that does happen DM me, got an offer to promote Torn

Yeah I think I'll manage a few for free for now to build a name amongst smaller youtubers.
