It is a new server, you're correct there and I would like a mature, professional staff team (which is why I'm here).
The server hasn't been released yet and if you look, you can still apply for Mod/Helper. I just up'd the requirements for Admin.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member: I am very experienced in catching players who break the rules. I play on tons of kitpvp servers such as kohi, parapots, and many more. I know how to properly screenshare a player if needed. I know the correct punishments for a player breaking the rules. Also, like I said above, I am a part time developer(not accepting huge projects), and I can help out with graphics if needed(not logos). I will be an active forums member, which happens to be one of my favorite parts, chatting with the community. I will be helpful to players in chat, and on the forums.

Why you want to join as a Staff Member: I am a long time factions player. I have been playing since 2012. I am not currently staff on any server and am looking for a place to call home. I will dedicate all my time to a server and help out as much as possible. This server has a very professional approach which I like. I love dealing with people and being apart of a community. Past Work Experience:
I have had experience in several moderation, administration and ownership roles across the Minecraft community. My first was as a helper rank, back in January of last year (2015). This was when I first became acquaintanced with the basic commands (ban, mute, kick (there was a warn, too)), and their uses. I also learned the very basics of what a plugin is, what certain redstone combinations do, and how to handle playerbases.

After this, I became staff on some other server- presumably now shut down, it never gained a playerbase, either- and it was here that I began to experiment with plugin commands and console actions, such as installing plugins, removing them, console commands, et cetera. I was an administrator here.

It was after this that I became staff on OreCraft (as stated on MinecraftForums.net). I worked as a paid staff member (I would've done it for free originally.. until I saw how busy it was) managing ranks and livechat on an app named tawk.to. I worked with then for just over a month and a half, I think, before I resigned due to feeling that I was being ripped off by the owner, and convinced that the dev had DDoSed me.
As I was the rank manager, I was trusted (single-handedly) with the Buycraft. This shows trustworthiness as Buycraft includes a lot of responsibility, such as issuing ranks fairly and not banning players for chargeback randomly.

I also used to own a server, from August until the end of December. Technically, my rank was co-owner, but the main owner was never on and everything was left to me. This was where I gained most of my plugin knowledge and moderation experience, and learned what to look for in a good staff application.

I recently worked for another server's Xenforo forums, and I was trusted with admin control panel and all nodes and permissions it contained. I, in fact, set up everything but the theme on their forums.

I also am CEO of a company, and we have worked on several servers for clients.

Time Available:
4-5PM GMT on weekdays, 7-9AM GMT on weekends.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member:
I feel I can contribute to the community by providing the players (and staff) with a friendly and open atmosphere, and encourage players or staff to come forward with anything they would like to say about the server, so long as it stays within the guidelines and/or rules. I will also be able to bring in a playerbase (if I find a way to advertise without breaking anyone's rules) and advise staff of a higher level than myself on plugins, potential staff candidates, how to improve the server and what have you.

Why you want to join as a Staff Member:
I do not expect you to choose me over anyone else, as I know there are many good applicants out there. However, I believe that I should be picked for the rank because of my honesty, experience, helpfulness/knowhow (I am a geek) and the fact that I am unbiased.
Honesty: I like to be completely honest at all times, this includes not sugar-coating the truth unless necessary. This means I am capable of presenting feedback or my opinions/concerns to the owner(s) or anyone in higher power. Combined with being unbiased, I am able to confront staff (privately, unless necessary) or players in a calm and civilised manner, should I have reason to believe they have lied or broken any of the server rules.
Helpfulness: I like to help everyone to the best of my knowledge. This, obviously, includes answering questions about commands (even though I recommend the plugin NoobResponse for simple questions that can be automatically answered if no staff are online), guides, rules et cetera.​
