Guys, I would like to announce our new website to the public! After many days of hard work and dedication, we have finally finished our website. We've completely changed the website, and the old website is now gone. Not only that, we have also added many new updates that suit the customer. In the past, many people have contacted me about our website not being safe (SSL Certificate). In this new update, our website is now verified and is covered by COMODO services. In the past, we've also experienced downtime due to DDoS and other issues, so our website is now protected by CloudFlare. Thank you for reading this and I hope you have a great day!

Lately, we've had many customers come to us when our shift has ended, specifically, after 12 AM PST. Although we have many agents to take chats in the morning, afternoon, and evening, we simply can't ask our agents in the U.S. to take chats after 12 AM. Doing so would cost us 3x the amount that we already pay our LiveChat agents and would be an unnecessary payment.
Now, that doesn't mean that we should leave our international customers in disperse. So, what I will be doing starting tomorrow is hiring agents in the UK, Australia, and Europe to take over for us in the U.S. while we are away. I hope this is a relief for many customers that have contacted us in another time zone.

Kasra and his team have been working on my hub server for my local community here in Perth, Western Australia for several months now. They have been extremely helpful with all of my many requests and frequent changes. It has evolved with their help into something much better than first expected and has just undergone a major revamp. Its a complicated server with MYSQL databases, synced ranks and economy across all servers among many other things. It's now working very well which is a testament to Kasra and his teams persistence and dedication to their craft. I highly recommend Minelife for server setups.

Website back up! Sorry for the long downtime, however, the issue should not happen again. During the downtime, we fixed many glitches and issues that happened with the website, and we ended up bringing it back up from the backup we had before.

Can I see some work you have done? And do you guys make custom plugins? How are you different from other teams such as www.compilex.com or www.azrim.org
You can see our work and other things from our website. We do make custom plugins, however, there is a long waitlist which is 2 months. There is no difference between server specialists teams other than how you work and how much you are dedicated to working. We spend 8+ hours a day working on your server and gathering different information from you and your server to see that plugins suit it best and the main core of the server. This takes such a long process that a whole day is dedicated just to this part. Then we start working with and alongside you to get the server you desire and want. Our entire team has been trained and tested through different stages to make sure they can keep up with the needs of the orders that come in. Now, to be honest with you, we haven't worked with extremely large player base servers since we are not marketed a lot in the Minecraft community, but that does not change the quality, passion, and work ethic we give to our customers, and it's the reason we keep growing.
