Is there a way to go on like a test server for the kitpvp portion? I want to see it in action if possible do you have Skype to talk about this? Thanks!

I do not have any test servers atm due to Internet Speeds I can however maybe tomorrow screenshare if there is another portion you want to see.

I always make a update notice on here then if you click the download link you got in your email it will always have the newest download.

Some of your setups contain premium plugins from the spigot market.

(Ex. feather board)

Do you have written permission to use these plugins in your setups?

Did you build the maps yourselves?

Do you have written permission from the creators of the maps to sell them?

What about the free plugins you used. Tens of them.

Do you have written permission from the holder of their copyright licences to sell these plugins for profit?

Let me explain some things to you.

#1 - FeatherBoard isn't included in any of my setups (only the configuration)
#2 - All the maps are created by me.
#3 - Thats like saying hypixel is going against spigot if they use a plugin. 98% of all minecraft servers are against this "Copyright" if thats what your going with.

I also suggest you read up on Spigot TOS before you come commenting on my threads! Thanks.

You are allowed to sell FREE spigot plugins because it is basically the configuration of the plugin people are paying for, not the actual plugin. That's what a setup is.

Ohh... So people order a setup only if they have a server for it, not the other way round?

i. How would you like it if you made something to freely distribute to the public, to find out someone else has abused this and is making a profit off of it? This is specifically covered by the copyright act. Even though he is not directly making a profit from it alone, he is still including them in a package that is sold.

ii. Making money off of a server is legal. You have been given permission to use the plugin in any way you please on your server. If someone were to "sell a server" including the files they would be in the wrong because they don't have permission to sell the files for profit.
(Ex a free OR paid plugin)

iii. That has to be the most uneducated of the three replies. Selling a free plugin for money is probably worse than selling a paid plugin for money.
Not only are you throwing the creator under the bus and taking credit for their own work, your scamming people who can get it for free themselves.

Hes just including it hes not charging for it maybe do a bit more research in spigot and look at their guidelines before posting here. The only ones that you can not include are premium (Paid Plugins) because you have to buy them separately. The free plugins are only included. This is like saying that he takes out the free plugins and someone else go and downloads them same thing so really this isn't breaking any copyright act as far as i am aware Ajdin

Read spigots guidelines and copyright stuff mate any plugin for free you can use freely and include it in setups if you want to. If you have a problem with this then go contact the spigot CEO.

Please tell me exactly where it says that is allowed in the Spigot Terms and Conditions.

I'm sure some of the plugins came from bukkit. Why not check the Bukkit Terms and Conditions as well?

Again i will say it only applies to PREMIUM RESOURCES if they are free then you can use them and distribute them however you want read the guidelines next time.

Also on Bukkit it does not state anything about premium / non premium resources

i. Spigot does not own the content posted - it is an uploading/communications service, similar to mc-market. Therefore, unless in the ToS is explicitly says "by uploading content to our service you waive your rights to the content and accept that anyone can resell your content anywhere else"
or
ii. The author of the plugin says "feel free to sell this free resource for money"

otherwise, it falls under normal copyright laws and rules.

That's only if the author includes a TOS also its only included and not technically being sold for money just included in the package. Same thing if it isn't included people could just go and download it makes no difference it would only be against the rules if it was a premium plugin. Ajdin Doge can you clear this up because im tired of this guy just filling this thread with stupid stuff.
