About us:
Now I am not gonna go and say "We're the next upcoming server", nor are we gonna claim to be the biggest, nor the best, but one thing I an say is that we strive to provide the best Factions experience possible! Still sound overused right? Thought so.

We are working around the clock to make sure everything is at its best we can make it and creating custom plugins left and right to help not only provide an even better experience on the server, but new features for the players to enjoy!

Note: We are launching our beta map in 2 weeks which will only last 3 days to work out the quirks and bugs. After that we will be doing our first official season!

What ranks are you looking for?:
We are mainly looking for Helpers-Sr. Moderators. Exceptions can be provided if you provide an outstanding portfolio with proof of the servers you worked for. Though as of right now, I believe we don't need anyone any rank higher than Sr. Mod.

Why should I choose your server over another server?:
Glad you asked (or not)! The difference between us and other servers is that we want to provide the best experience possible. We also believe in paying the best working staff in some form possible (Whenever possible). This can range from things such as verbal praise to even PayPal (Or Amazon GC(s), Pizza GC(s), etc.) money. To add on you may think "Oh this is for Admins, or whatever, us lower ranks won't get this", well, you're wrong. This is for any staff rank if you prove yourself!

We are also expecting up to 300 players launch (Not a guarantee, but with the advertisements we got, we can easily say we can expect over 100+ players launch).

*Do you have any previous staff experience?:
I earned the moderator staff position in a server by constantly telling players to not break the rules, I alerted moderators at the time the harm a person has done, and constantly helped people that needed it. I got recognized and they told me to apply, so I did. My application was thanked for the honesty and I was first a helper and I built my way up to a moderator. I left because my laptop broke, and the server is not up anymore. I made my own server before, but I couldn’t pay for it, so I have some kind of idea on how long and what it takes to perfect a server and how hard it is to enforce the rules.

*Why I want to be a staff member:
I don’t want to be a staff member to gain a simple title, or for fun either. If this is gonna be a serious server, then fun in an applicant position shouldn’t be involved. I want to be a staff member to enforce the rules and help protect the fun that others will have. I also want to be a member for my own personal gain. What I want is knowledge. I want to learn from others around me, and even the players. I want to learn more on leadership skills and what it takes to keep this position. I want to learn to boost up my leadership skills now. I have some, but I’d like to watch others do it and learn from them so I can be just as good of a helper as everyone around me.

*What are your intentions in becoming staff?:
To build up trust in others. Not to build my way up to any other position after helper, but to let others trust me as a person that I will get the job done.

*What separates you from other applicants?
I don’t just assume and then do what my instinct says. I read and constantly check things over and over to see if I’m correct. So I get on the staff, I’ll check the rules over and over again to the point it’s basically engraved in my memory to make sure that the players won’t violate the rules in anyway possible. I’m different because I’m here to make myself better, and to give more than I get.

*About me:
People around me have described me as the outgoing and loud type. I love to joke around and help others when needed. I work community hours sometimes to help my small town evolve. I’m hyper once you get to know me but at first I’m kinda shy, but once I know you I’ll just be a ball of energy and excitement. Though, I can come off as scary once someone steps over the line. I may be optimistic, but I know I can be serious when someone does something that I don’t appreciate.

What you can do is leave your application (Feel free to use your own format) down below, or PM me your application (Or resume). Our forums are still being setup and worked on, so we're not ready to be taking applicants there just quite yet.
