[Minesteria] Looking for Partner with Creativity & Management

Hello, I am currently working on an upcoming network called Minesteria. What I need is a person who can come up with server features/ideas , custom plugins, plugin config layouts, in-game layouts, build layouts, etc.
I am just looking for someone who can basically do all the in-game stuff while I take care of Managing the Server, Development Costs, Build Costs, Server costs, etc.

What is need next is the first gamemode made that will be built using this backend system.

What I Will Do:

• Handle The Servers
• Handle Server Costs
• Handle Development Costs
• Handle Builder Costs
• Handle Management
• Handle All Funding

What Will You Do:

• Handle coming up with server gamemodes
• Handle coming up with the ideas and features of the gamemodes
• Handle gamemode details document
• Handle custom plugin details document
• Handle giving custom plugin details to developer
• Handle giving build details to the builder
• Handle configuring the gamemodes

Position Requirements:

• You must live in the United States and be a US Citizen
• Must be 18+
• Must have a Valid Drivers License or State ID
• Must be able to sign a Contract/NDA (I do not take digital signatures, it must be scanned and sent to me w/ valid proof of ID)

For Your Information:

• You will not own any Equity in the server
• Your work will be paid for with server donations (This is only fair since I am paying for everything)
• You will get a certain % of server donations which will be an agreed % (The amount After all expenses are paid)
• The work you do is owned by the network
• I will have the right to buy out your position anytime with a fair price
• I will have the right to take away your position for any misconduct/cause
• You will not have any access to the production servers (only test servers that will not contain any of our backend plugins and code)
• You will not take/leak any server software, plugins, builds, configs (If this happens, You will be taken to court for violation of your contract/nda)
