Minetide Network - Need developers, builders, and more!

I am the owner of an upcoming server called Minetide!

A little background - my co-owner and I are both twenty years old and we live together, considering we have been dating three years.
We are both in the school of business at two nationally ranked business schools, I am majoring in psychology and marketing, while my co-owner is majoring in business management, marketing, and accounting. My co-owner has also owned a successful business for seven years, so you could say we are readily prepared to start a server!
We are both readily prepared to make this investment.
My boyfriend/co-owner and I have also been a part of the staff team for one of the largest Minecraft networks in the world, and at the time we were staff, the largest.

So, we need developers! Our server has only been up for a few weeks and we have made amazing progress. We are almost done with our prison server, and plan on adding creative and quite a few mini-games!

Currently, we are not in the position to pay unless it is a big, custom coded project, which we plan on having in the future. But for now, it's some small stuff and configuration. Knowledge with bungee would also be awesome.

Yes, I know, as I said I am willing to pay developers for big projects. My co-owner puts all of the money he makes back into his business, our apartment, our bills, food, etc.
I added the point that he has ran a business for 7 years to show we have knowledge about starting projects like these, but I am the only one putting money into this, not my co-owner, as having a place to live is more important.
