Will do something about the text, thanks for pointing that out. As for monitoring we do it via a custom plugin and a panel with alerts when something happens.

Because we don't only bring your server back up, we offer installations, optimization, monitoring and support. Google may help you with the basic crash causes if you are lucky enough to stumble upon a good answer but we offer much more than just fixing crashes.

A recommendation: If you had the ability to also monitor in-depth server statistics (such as individual process utilization of server resources) in either real-time or delayed, that'd be a win for me. Otherwise looks great!
