My name is James. I have been working on a server called Minevex with my partner named Locked. Minevex is a skyblock server with lots of custom features.

We plan to release in a couple of days and we need staff.

I can speak fluent English and I can understand basic Danish, however at the moment I'm learning German as well.

What is a staff member's job?:
To support their server. A staff member's job is to manage and handle a task or set of tasks that is meant to benefit or further the server's progress and development as much as possible. They're supposed to be there for the server as much as possible and work to improve it at every opportunity they have available. I say this from personal experience as I've worked with two servers in the past as an Admin and worked closely with the other staff and community.

How well can you control stress?:
Very well, as a person who's dealt with stress a lot from working for servers in the past and having to manage a lot of things such as my YouTube channel, MC-Market Shops and a lot more things. I normally may need a cool-down period if the stress is too much, but I guarantee you I can bounce back and continue to work no matter what.

Why do you think we should pick you as a staff member over others?:
I'm good with management and community engagement. I'm naturally good with handling a community as it's something I'm enjoy doing and am very good at as well. Having an experience with working with a large group of people for long periods of time has made me good at keeping things under control despite what may occur within that group or community.

Do you have anything else to say?:
Nothing else besides that I hope I can work with this server as it would be a great opportunity for me.

How many players are you planning on having? Is there enough money invested in the server so we know it won't die in a few? Does it have Forums? If so, Xenforo or Enjin? As you can see, I have some questions.

Hello, I already have around 10 players testing it out. In around 2 more days I been putting it on voting websites which should get us around 10 more players daily for a while making us have around a 15 playerbase. I also been renting out a slot on Minecraft-MP for around a day or two.

The forums we will be using is Xenforo.

Yes, I can fluently speak English.
What is a staff member's job?:
A Staff Members Job Is to Patrol what players are doing. Lets say a player is advertising I would give them a mute. If they Continue to not follow what I say I should give them a temp or permanent ban. A staff member should also welcome players when they log in for their first time and whenever a player logs in.
How well can you control stress?:
I can control stress very well. When I was a owner of a server people in chat would always ask for free ranks,supply drops,etc. I would handle these problems with ease and wouldn't stress a lot.

Why do you think we should pick you as a staff member over others?:
You should pick me as a staff member over others because I am able to multi-task and be able to work more than 2 hours and I can motivate players to stay longer and let them enjoy the server to their full extent.
