What is a staff member's job?: I would say that a staff members job is to make sure players on the server are having fun, but also making sure that the players know their actions have consequences and that the rules are there for a reason.
How well can you control stress?: I'm not going to deny that I don't get stressed and it's not hard to handle, but when I get stressed, I go on about my day the same way I usually would so that the stress doesn't affect my decisions or my way about doing things.
Why do you think we should pick you as a staff member over others?: I think you should pick me because I've had past experience with owning servers. I can help with plugins or any problems you have. I also believe that I'm good with talking to people and I don't take things to seriously unless needed. I know when people are messing around and some people are too strict and don't know how to have fun.

What is a staff member's job?
Honestly, to me a staff members job is to cooperate with the players on Minevex and it is a staff members job to sustain a friendly and well ran community. Staff members are needed on servers, so they can help, moderate, and administrate depending on what rank they are on the server. There job is also supposed to assist the players in game, so they can have a great time on Minevex. Personally, the main thing staff's jobs are for is that when ever the Owner needs assistance or advice from another player besides them selves, they can always ask a staff member. That is what I believe a staff members job is.
What prompted you to apply for a staff position on Minevex?
The main thing that prompted me to this post is that I have been looking to be assigned to a staff position on a Skyblock server with a unique name. Then, I simply typed the server ip address into Minecraft and when I saw the server, instantly I thought this server has potential because of all the unique custom features on the server. I simply love the crates, menu system, etc. Also, I was recently demoted off of a big Minecraft server and now I have absolutely nothing to do on Minecraft. That is what prompted me to apply for a staff position on Minevex.
If you do get the role of a staff member, how do you see yourself 3 months from now?
If I do get the role as a staff member on Minevex and I picture my self 3 months from now, I would think that I will be helping sustain the community with a bunch of other great staff members. Also, I would see my self being more active sense my football season would be over and I would just have school. I see that people will be thanking me because I banned a hacker on the server. (It will feel great). That is what I think of in 3 months from now, if I get staff on Minevex.
Have you ever before worked as a staff member on another server? Note: Please explain in detail all the servers you have worked on with proof and why you left or got demoted.
The only important/big Minecraft server I have been staff on had around 400 - 600 players average and still does today. This amazing server is called Minehut. I was officially demoted on Minehut at Mod rank for being "annoying". The reason why I was "annoying" was because I simply contacted the Owner multiple times to fix a bug (he never fixed the bug) and then he demoted me because he thought I was "annoying". I found my best proof of a screenshot I took after I got demoted. You can simply see people asking an Admin "Why are people getting demoted?" and also you can see that someone said "Tradings... (my old name) please tell me..." () If you need more proof please ask me and I will do my best. That is the most important/big Minecraft server I have been staff on.
Please explain how you will help the Minevex community and why you feel that we should pick you over any other.
I will help the Minevex community by contributing my time and my life to help and moderate the server as much as I possibly can. I will also make sure every single player is having a great time on the server, so they get the full potential of the server. I can provide assistance to every single player on the server if they ever need help. I will also bring my skills to the server, so the server becomes/stays clean and incredible. Those are the overall main things on how I can help the Minevex community. I feel like I should be picked over other applicants because I have the experience and the potential to become a staff member on Minevex. Unlike other players I am as honest as possible and trust worthy. I contribute as much of my free time as possible. Also, I feel like I should be picked as a staff member over other applicants because I am extremely mature and that is what type of staff a good Minecraft server needs. Honestly, I should be picked over other applicants because I put work into everything I do. That is why I believe I should be picked over other applicants as a staff member on Minevex.

When I saw the original poster, also known as the owner, I felt that the server would have potentional. The owner, himself, knows what he's doing and what grabs the player's attention and how to get that attention to the server. He is also professional which would attract professional staffs onto the server rather than ones who could possibly troll instead of doing their duties and abuse which could make the server fall into pieces.

You can go onto play.cursedfactions.net and see the owners and staffs at a section of spawn if you would like as proof. (I'm on my phone right now but I can update when I get onto my laptop which is tomorrow.)
EireCraft - I made it to minimod but got demoted because I didn't send nudes.. Owner was a money whore and made people pay $500 for Co-Owner which is technically access to website and server files. I slowly got demoted because of my limited powers against the donators and I couldn't stand it that I ended up getting banned. I don't have proof to show because I used to be on a desktop but now I'm using a laptop. The server was 1.4.7 and closed probably 1.5 ish.. I can ask someone to confirm I was staff from that server but I'm not sure if he's still active.
TrialminePvP - This server was a Swedish server and closed a month later I believe. I was staff but then got tired of the server and left because of the poor community. I don't have proof because it was during 1.4.7 or 1.5 which is when I was still using a desktop. I friended one of the head admins on Facebook but not sure if he is still active or even remembers me.
That's all I have to offer for now! I'm still trying to build it up and therefore I'm hoping I can bring my past experiences onto your server instead of a complete "freshie".

We all have a specialty in things that could benefit the server. I know this is just an application for staff or helper, but who knows because someone may be capable of coding and could possibly help the server out by that way instead of others. Now, I will help the Minevex community by trying to up my web developing skills since I'm just self teaching myself and have a long way to go still. I am also capable of moderating the server and knowing what punishment fits best for unacceptable behaviors.
