About Mini Realms
A product of Dreamland Studios, Mini Realms is an upcoming Minecraft Java server that features unique mini games with lots of customisation aspects to make it more fun and personalised experience. With beautiful islands to explore and gorgeous cosmetics to dress yourself up with, Mini Realms aims to change the game and bring you a new mini games experience. Expect lots of fun and thrilling games to enjoy with regularly held events that you can participate in and a lot more!
We are hiring a Community Manager!
Interested in joining our incredible team? We’re in need for a community manager to help us manage and grow our community! You’ll get the chance to work in alongside other hardworking and passionate individuals who seek to change the game and give players a brand new experience while working in a semi professional environment.
[Requirements]:
- Able to communicate well and lead a team confidently
- Past experience with community management
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- You must be able to dedicate a good amount of time towards the server a week
- A working microphone is a must.
- Engaging with the community and collecting feedback, suggestions to help improve and make it a better place for everyone to enjoy
- Being in charge of recruiting and overseeing our voluntary moderation team that helps to keep our community safe.
- Helping out with the hosting of events and working closely with our team to keep the community a fun but safe and friendly one, making sure the server is enjoyed as intended.
*NOTE: This position will be paid by a percentage of the server’s income. All positions are voluntary at the moment as the server is still under works!
