My network MiNiGA.ME (https://miniga.me/index.php) is in desperate need of active, competent administrators for our network.
Please keep in mind that our network is not typical. We do not promote people to admin after being staff for 4 weeks, and our Administrator ranks are not just overrated, buffed Moderator ranks. Administrator ranks are real administrators, with full access to a majority of commands the network utilizes.
MiNiGA.ME currently has its Season II of Factions released, and Skyblock 2.0 is coming this Saturday. We also are currently in the development process for our prison server.

Administrative Roles & Information
Note: This is a paid position. You will not receive any sort of payment until the management team is sure that you are competent as well as active. We are tired of useless staff members.
Your job as an administrator of our network will be as following:
- Moderate in-game players & chat
- Aid in backend issues (if qualified)
- Aid in staff management
- Going through staff applications
- Conducting staff interviews
- Promoting/Demoting staff members
- Administrating the forums
- Dealing with donation issues
- Dealing with media figures and YouTube deals
- (ETC)
As stated above, payment will be given upon the confirmation that you are competent and active and able to do the types of jobs we need you to do.
Typical Administrative payment will start at a certain percentage of network profits, after payment to creditors and liabilities as well as server costs are handled. This can be discussed after insurance that one is a good asset for the network
Requirements
You MUST be above 15 years of age. You must be competent, and able to do your job – I expect to not have to babysit my administrators. You are required to have a decent amount of past experience, within these game modes. You MUST be able to use discord, and have an active, working microphone. I will not make exceptions for any of these, so don’t ask.
