Who are we?
We are MintarGames, a Minecraft Network run by TheJavaHacker, KingCactus1 (me), and Lights_TV. We currently have a custom core system, a handful of mini-games, and have big plans for the future.

What are we looking for?
Developers:
We are looking for developers, paid for big scale projects but not paid for configuration, etc. Please note: This is a pay per project position for large scale projects.

Developer Requirements:

• At least 16 years old
• Access to Discord with a quality microphone
• Ability to speak fluent English
• Access to self-verified or parental supervised PayPal account
• Access to self-verified Github
  
• Knowledgeable in BungeeCord
• Knowledgeable in MySQL
• Knowledgeable in GUI's and basic networking
• Ability to provide optimized code
• At least 3+ years of experience in Java
