they have always been 'ghost' profiles, nothing's changed to them (they still are ghost profiles and for the most part do not exist) - it's just namemc has obviously updated which endpoints they decide to use for the api (or similar) when directly querying the profile
tldr: still ghost profiles. still largely do not exist. still does not change anything. still no reason for drama.
