I know how to install a complete web server to a VPS that will contains, Apache, PHP PHPMYADMIN, HTTPS,...
I have experience about Linux and about permissions and users.

The price of the setup is more or less 2-5€

apt install nginx letsencrypt

letsencrypt certonly -d <domain name>

5 - 10 Euro's Just to setup a VPS with "Apache, PHP PHPMYADMIN". Alot would do that just for a vouch.

Its one command:

apt-get install apache2 php phpmyadmin mysql-server

Followed by entering a few passwords (For mysql and PHPMyAdmin) All that couldn't really take any longer than 5 mins.

oh my fucking gawd, technically PHP already includes a mail function....
It just needs a mail server..... you don't "install" an SMTP protocol

I didnt said it, I said install MAIL SERVER, when you install it you can send mails, but it needs smtp so the software that use smtp is a mail server

This is not a discussion, I post a thread to add my offer and I added the price of my service then i changed it to 2-5€, you have a post saying the same that you can setup a webserver but cheaper, you comes here and gives me bad repution?
I do not know why you enter in a post that is a shop if you are offering the same so do you need my services? or you are posting threads beacouse people see your commets and go to your post or something like this? 10€ was my old price I changed and for this reason you gived a bad repution.

Maybe is expensive but if a person who does not know anything about how to connect to the server and install it this person needs help. So the first price that I post in thread maybe is expensive so i changed it to 2-5€. I do not understand what do you want man.

Ye, you are right.
10€ is expensive when other people (myself for example) do it for 2 US. Which is actually cheaper than 2€. So, others do it for less than a quarter of what you had originally.
