I would just like to say I'm fed up with this bull shit, scammers need to be punished more. People even staff in this forum have this notion that nothing can be done, and nothing should be done to those who steal to profit them selves.

I think that that's absolute bull shit, and more should be done, and should me.

It doesn't matter how much it is they're still breaking the law. It's like if you went down to your local dairy and stole $10 worth of drinks, you would still get punished via police if it was only $10.

However I do understand that MC-M has no reason to get involved in the law. Maybe if someone scames you, you get their information if you want to file a report or not idk?

The thing is, the Police (at least of my country) and most legal organizations consider the internet to be a gray area, and will generally not waste resources on users that may reside in other countries unless it's a serious case. They'll start looking at the case when there's hundreds involved, and start doing actual things when there's thousands being passed around, or actual hacking or DDosing or Doxing going on.

just like they generally don't chase down store thieves caught on camera very far. They just look if they can easily identify the thief, or the thief gets caught. I haven't heard of police forces patrolling to catch shoplifters that pilfer a few shirts or a bottle of wine.
If they're caught in the act, it's another matter, but who's getting caught in the act online? Not by police, you aren't.
