More staff

Add more staff. It's needed imo. With mick resigning and coco resigning the staff team is as depleted as it will ever be. With mick and coco it was hard for the staff to manage everything now there is less and the only active staff that do a lot of moderation are M6Gaming thebaum64 Doge and Justis . With the exception of Bebosny and possibly lyphiard if he can be classified as staff. 4 is not enough to moderate 50,000 members

Support requests take a while and chat box is only ever moderated by Justis r now the only other mod I see doing any moderation is the Baum and that's not his job.

Now I'm not trying to criticise the current staff but there's just not enough of them. Don't get me wrong they are great at their jobs but we need more.

Well then you must be having trouble with seeing, or live in a different timezone. While I HAVE restarted college, I'm still on multiple hours per day. It is true that Baum isnt active, mostly cause hes been ill a long time. Still, I'm quite active these days. It's basically Doge, M6 and me that are doing the majority of mod stuff. Though I have to say, M6 has been doing a crapload more.

The main problem is, we haven't found a lot of people that meet the requirements to be considered for staff.

Yeh I'm sorry I believe we are different time zones which is why I don't see you on a lot. I appreciate your hard work and sorry for any disrespect. And yeh I get that so maybe open a application forum were anyone can apply and you guys take a look through them

JeffplaysMC, Kman, Kitcat, Style, Doubt, Gavin, Nara, Devon, and more?!?!??!?!! Active, don't act like idiots around the forum, would probably make great staff.

Open up a forum and make the requirements 10-18 months on MCM. 500-1000 posts and a positive reputation and you will get lots of applications and you can choose the best ones?

just to make this clear again, there will NEVER be an 'application' system. Why? because it's no use. People applying will talk a lot of stuff about what they did right, and completely forget that we can monitor their behaviour completely.

Well imo that's wrong. Just make the requirements high and choose the format? Then you don't have to ask everyone
